Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.
Custom & Personalized Items
Personalized, made-to-order, or custom items cannot be returned or refunded.
This includes items with names, dates, custom colors, themes, or designs.
Non-Personalized Items
Eligible non-custom items may be considered for return if:
A return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
Items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include photos of the item and packaging
We will offer a replacement or refund when appropriate
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your financial institution.
