Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days
Personalized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time
You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships
Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 Business Days) — flat-rate shipping
USPS Priority Mail (1–3 Business Days) — flat-rate shipping
Shipping rates are clearly displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available for select zip codes near our studio, including 53092, 53024, and 53012.
Eligibility and availability will automatically appear at checkout when applicable.
Store Pickup
Local pickup may be available for select items. Pickup details and timing will be provided after purchase.
Delivery Timing
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays. Let’s Celebrate, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Shipping Issues
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@letscelebrate.party within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
